Our Florida continuing education online course is FREC approved for Florida real estate Sales Associates and Brokers. This course meets the required 3 hours of Ethics and Business Practices plus 3 hours Core Law and 8 hours of specialty credits. Upon successful completion, your course credits will be reported electronically to the DBPR and verification will be mailed to you. Please be sure to register with the correct license number.

You have 6 months to complete your course and pass your 30-question end-of-course final exam with 80%.

That means you can miss 6 questions out of 30.  You will get 5 attempts to complete the same exam with no waiting.

Please keep in mind that after your credits are reported to the DBPR, it takes a few days for the DBPR to apply your credits to your account. When credits are reported, the DBPR goes by the completion date, not the reported date.
