When you’re choosing a real estate school, you should be able to verify approvals in the official state portal. Use the links below to confirm our school license and to look up approved continuing education courses in DBPR’s course search.

Check Our School License in the DBPR Portal

  1. Open the DBPR license search page
  2. Choose Search by License Number (or License Type)
  3. Enter our school license number: ZH1002321
  4. Confirm the status shows Current/Active (or equivalent)

Confirm a Course is Approved

  1. Open the Continuing Education Course Search page.
  2. Set Board to Real Estate.
  3. Select the Requirement (required).
  4. Optional: choose Course Type (Classroom, Distance/Online, Livestream, etc.).
  5. Enter Provider Name and/or Course Name (optional but helps narrow results).
  6. Click Search, then review results to confirm the course/provider match.
