Course Description

In order to pass the tests and confidently practice real estate, a complete understanding of real estate math, mathematical equations, and formulas is required. The following videos will help you get an understanding of the formulas and problems. Some of this math you will use in the real estate real world and some is to pass the test.

Many people entering the real estate profession may find themselves weak in mathematics simply from lack of use over the years. So we start with the basics to bring everyone to, at least the entry level mathematics of real estate. We will start with Fractions, Decimals and Percentages and how to interchange between them.
