Course Features
All sales associates must complete a 45-hour post-licensure course and required exam within their first license renewal period. (The First license renewal period will be between 18-24 months) Students must pass the final course exam with 75% to receive credit for the course. If you fail the exam the first time, you will have immediate access to a second attempt with a different exam. If you fail it the second time, FREC rules require you to complete the course over again. If you do not pass the final exam prior to your first renewal expiration date, there is no grace period and your license become null and void.
When you complete you 45-hour Post-licensing Online Course we will report your credits electronically to the DBPR. It may take a few days for the DBPR to post your course credits to your account. That is because the closer it gets to the renewal deadlines, the more renewals are coming in all over the state of Florida. However, there is no need to worry because when the course gets posted, they go by the course completion date, not the date it was reported or the date they applied it to your account. When we report your Post-license course, you will get a screenshot of our electronic reporting as proof that your course was reported.
- 100 Question Practice Exam. To test your knowledge, a practice exam is available at the end of the course before you take your final course exam.
- Live Instructor Support. Instructor support is available 24/7 by text, phone, or email.
- Course Completion Certificate. Upon completion and passing of your final course exam with at least 75%, you will be able to print out your official FREC accredited course completion certificate.
- Smart Text. Smart text is a feature that will automatically highlight important parts of your course that will help you study for your end-of-course final exam.
- Narration: Narration is a feature that reads the course content to you. You will have complete control over stopping the narration and reading it for yourself, as well as restarting it as often as you like. This is a very helpful tool that allows you to listen and still be able to follow along for better comprehension or just enjoy not having to do all the reading.
