Course Features
This course meets the required 3 hours of Core Law for Florida real estate sales associates and brokers.
Upon successful completion of this course, your school will electronically report your course credits to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Please note that it may take several days for the DBPR to update your license record, especially during renewal periods when processing volume is high statewide. The DBPR records course completion based on the actual date the course is completed, not the date the credits are reported.
You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete this course and pass the end-of-course examination. The final course exam consists of 10 multiple-choice questions. You must achieve a passing score of 80%. You are allowed up to five attempts to successfully pass the exam.
Each section includes a required quiz that must be passed with a score of 80% in order to continue.
- Live Instructor Support. Instructor support is available 24/7 by text, phone, or email.
- Course Completion Certificate. Upon completion and passing of your final course exam with at least 80%, you will be able to print out your official FREC accredited course completion certificate.
- Narration: Narration is a feature that reads the course content to you. You will have complete control over stopping the narration and reading it for yourself, as well as restarting it as often as you like. This is a very helpful tool that allows you to listen and still be able to follow along for better comprehension or just enjoy not having to do all the reading.
- Section Progress Quizzes
