Florida FREC-Approved Online Courses
Our Florida Real Estate Online Courses for Sales Associates and Brokers are FREC-approved and fully accredited. You’ll have 6 months from purchase to complete the course and pass the final exam. The course is easy to follow and lets you track your progress as you go, each completed section shows a check mark once you finish the material and pass the end-of-chapter quizzes.
You can read the course or use the narration feature, and each section includes review questions to reinforce what you’ve learned. Chapter quizzes can be taken as many times as you’d like. Once all sections are completed, you’ll unlock a 100-question practice exam, followed by the 100-question final exam (3.5 hours). You’ll get two attempts at the final. If you don’t pass the first time, you’ll wait 30 days and take a different version of the end-of-course exam.
Why Take Your Real Estate Course Online?
Online learning is ideal if you have a busy schedule and can’t take time off work for classroom training. With a self-paced online course, you can study from home or the office, on your own time, while still getting a structured experience designed to help you pass the Florida state exam.
More and more students are choosing online pre-license training for flexibility, and it’s important to pick a school that keeps course content current with Florida rules and regulations. We also offer a fully narrated option for students who prefer listening over reading, and course extensions are available if needed.
