This is a REcampus, FREC approved, 7 day, 63 hour pre license course which is required by the state to get your Florida real estate license. This also includes your final course exam and course completion certificate for your state exam.

You must have a good internet connection. The cost of the class on ZOOM is $450. The link to join the class on Zoom will be sent to your email when you register for the class and will also be available in your account. You do not have to have a microphone or camera if you don’t have one on your computer. Most laptops come with both.
